These terms apply to the use of this website and to bookings with Stanza Cleans ("Stanza", "we") in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
1. Estimates and prices
Prices shown on this website, in the estimator and by Ask Stanza are indicative estimates in UAE dirhams (AED), based on the service and the size of the home. They are not binding offers. The final price is confirmed by our team on WhatsApp or by phone after a quick check (for example a few photos or details of the home) and before any work starts. Some services, such as repairs, renovation or water tanks in apartments, are priced only after inspection.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is made only when our team confirms the service, date, time and price to you on WhatsApp or by phone. Requests sent through the website, the estimator, a call-back request or Ask Stanza are enquiries, not confirmed bookings. Payment terms, any deposit and the agreed scope are confirmed together with your booking.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp or by phone. Any conditions for late changes or cancellations are confirmed with your booking.
4. Access and preparation
Please make sure our team can access the property at the agreed time, and that water and electricity are available. Our team brings its own equipment and products. Please put away cash, jewellery and other valuables and tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, items or areas that need special care.
5. Our re-clean promise
If you are not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us as soon as possible after the visit with a short description or photos. We will come back and re-clean that area free of charge.
6. Damage and liability
Please report any damage you notice as soon as possible after the visit, with photos, so we can look into it quickly and fairly. Our liability is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or results that cannot be achieved because of the age or condition of a surface or item.
7. Website and Ask Stanza
We take care that the information on this website is correct, but it is general information and can change. Ask Stanza is an AI assistant: its answers can be incomplete or wrong and do not create a booking or a binding price. Texts, images and the design of this website are protected; please do not copy them without our permission. Some images are illustrative.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
